- April 16 - Dolphin Cruise to benefit Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge
Please join the Emerald Coast Wildlife for an exclusive, private 2 hour dolphin cruise aboard the Southern Star Glass Bottom Boat. Relax and enjoy the views of Destin’s picturesque harbor while looking for dolphins and other local wildlife. Partake in food, drink, wine and beer while enjoying live music. Meet and greet our live Animal Ambassadors. Door prizes and a 50/50 raffle. All proceeds aid our mission of education, conservation and rehabilitation for the welfare of Florida’s natural fauna. - April 16 - Run 4 Science
Come join us for a morning of family fun at the 1st annual “Run 4 Science” on the Fort Walton Beach Landing. The day begins with a 5k Fun Run/Walk followed by age group races from pre-school through middle school. After the races, spend some time on the Landing as local businesses with missions related to health and wellness provide activities for the young and young-at-heart. Proceeds from this event benefit the Emerald Coast Science Center, the only dedicated science museum in Northwest Florida.
